 Barrel Plating

Barrel Plating is the most efficient way to finish large quantities of small parts.
A wide variety of cylinder sizes, RPMs and electrical contacts are used to produce optimum results
Fill media is sometimes used to prevent parts from nesting, sticking, and to improve thickness distribution. Post treatments are available to protect the plated finish. Prototypes and sample runs are available.

Vibratory Systems
This plating technique is designed for small parts that require delicate handling to avoid distortion and damage. Superior throwing power for components with blind holes and even distribution of deposits on irregularly shaped parts are some of the benefits of this process. Vibratory plating also helps to protect sharp edges and polished surfaces. A full range of cylinder sizes are available to accomodate various quantities.

 rack Plating

Direct electrical contact and part/solution agitation systems provide superior thickness distribution and uniformity of deposit. Over 1,000 stock racks enable us to handle most product with no tooling cost. Custom designed racks and fixtures are manufactured when needed.
Selective plating options include isolated contact, control depth and a variety of masking techniques.
