Stampings & Secondary Operations
Opto-Electronic Heat Sinks and Flanges
Machined Metal Parts
Brazed & Welded Assemblies

Silver-tungsten, silver-tungsten carbide, copper-tungsten and other powder metal contacts produced with strict quality controls at every step in the process. Carefully prepared powder blends are pressed, sintered and infiltrated (or repressed) to attain microstructure and mechanical and chemical properties. Applications include circuit breakers, transfer switches, power distribution and other high-energy devices.

Base metal and precious metal stampings to meet a wide variety of electrical and mechanical applications. Semiautomatic and hand assembly operations offer cost-effective alternatives for intermediate volume applications that cannot support the high cost of full automation. Low volume buss bar assemblies for high voltage power applications to multi-piece metal and plastic staked assemblies are produced to customer specifications.

Cost-effective copper-tungsten heat sinks and spreaders for demanding photonic and wireless communications applications. Both press, sinter, infiltrate and press, sinter, repress to meet stringent thermal conductivity and expansion requirements. Copper-molybdenum-copper triclad flanges in a variety of ratios.

Milled, bored and reamed hinges, both silver plated and unplated, for reliable transfer switch operation. Milled, counterbored and tapped brazed assemblies, forgings and extrusions, with copper braid attachments, provide cost effective solutions for heavy-duty current interruption.

Solder brazed contact assemblies for heavy-duty electromechanical and other special applications. Furnace brazing, flame brazing and resistance brazing and welding techniques provide high-quality liquid phase bonds.
