Silver-tungsten, silver-tungsten carbide, copper-tungsten and other powder metal contacts produced in our Mexico facility are available for shipment from our Foshan factory with technical and sales support provided locally. Mexico provides a low cost production platform with strong technology support and advanced manufacturing techniques that insure a consistent quality product with an excellent micro-structure and high density.

Precision metal stampings to close tolerances are manufactured in our Foshan plant. Tooling will be sourced locally or developed in one of Brainin’s tooling facilites in North America. Materials include copper, brass, steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper, clad metals and other materials. Custom cleaning processes are available in-house to allow Brainin China to supply clean, dry parts that will perform well for our customers.

Staked, welded and brazed assemblies are manufactured in our Foshan facility offering cost effective solutions to our customers worldwide. Our engineering staff in China will develop an assembly process specifically for your components and applications. In most cases, we will manufacture the components to be assembled but we can also assemble customer supplied or purchased components.

Milling, boring, tapping and other machining operations are available to manufacture metal parts in moderate volume for many applications. Contact hinges and terminals, heat sinks, and structural parts are some of the products offered. All parts are carefully inspected and cleaned to eliminate the need for additional processing at our customer’s facility.
